The following items are stored on the WCCF database and are taken directly the ICCF rating list; this is an openly available public database and is downloaded from iccf.com at regular intervals.

- Name
- ICCF member federation affiliation
- Correspondence chess ratings and titles
The Welsh Correspondence Chess Federation has no control over the content of this database and individuals wishing to be removed should contact ICCF directly at [email protected]. WCCF do not store any personal information obtained from the ICCF rating list which is not already in the public domain.

Information about your subscription is obtained when you pay for membership of WCCF; your membership status is displayed on the "Member List" page of this website. Users of the website may optionally record their email address on our servers in order to opt into subscribing to our newsletters and announcements. WCCF will never share your email address with a third party unless required to do so by law.
