5th Interzonal Individual Tournament

The time has come for the 5th Inter Zonal Individual Tournament Invitation to be arranged.
The purpose of this event is to develop the spirit of Amici Sumus among players
worldwide (in all ICCF Zones) and to provide opportunities to qualify for title norms.
Players can qualify for CCE, CCM and IM title norms.
The format is groups of 9 players each in category 1 – 3. The details are as follows:
Participants must have a fixed ICCF rating of between 2200 and 2375.
Time control will be the standard 50 days per 10 moves.
The entrance fee is 5 Euro per player.
The top three finishers of each group will qualify for the semi final stage in at least
category 4.
The closing date for entries is 30 November 2021 and the tournament will start on 20
December 2021.
Any National Federation may nominate 2 players plus up to 5 reserve players.
